We are a design + build firm; we only build our designs. When working on a project we look at the whole house holistically. We strive to make the spaces feel cohesive, well thought out and above all, functional. While we prefer to work on a whole house project, we will do smaller renovations, such as rearranging the interior floor plans and additions. When we do not have the capacity to take on another project, you can hire us solely for architectural design and we will remain on as consultants for the duration of your build.
Design + Build
We love looking at all house projects and the first conversation is always complimentary. We will meet to discuss your plans, making sure we are a good fit for the project. Working as a team throughout the process is very important to us. All our projects are unique, and therefore each project will be given a comprehensive and detailed estimate based on plans and budget. Typically our whole house renovations begin at 1M and our renovations + additions begin at $250K. Please keep in mind these estimated budgets are without our 30% design + build fee.
